Application


  • KOBOND™ 3116 is suitable for use in waterborne coating systems for the dispersion of both organic and inorganic pigments. It effectively reduces system viscosity while helping to maintain low foaming behavior during processing. The dispersant contributes to improved pigment wetting and dispersion efficiency, leading to enhanced paint film build and appearance.


  • KOBOND™ 3116 is particularly recommended for high-solids formulations and for pigments that are difficult to disperse, including carbon black.

Packing and Storage


KOBOND™ 3116 is supplied in 25Kg pail.


When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, KOBOND™ 3116 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
