KOBOND-9022

KOBOND™ 9022 is a polyurea-based liquid rheology modifier for waterborne coatings and pigment concentrates. It creates a three-dimensional network that imparts thixotropy, preventing pigment settling and sagging while maintaining good leveling. Suitable for anti-settling and anti-sagging, it can be added at any formulation stage.

Application


  • KOBOND™ 9022 is widely used in waterborne coating systems including industrial primers, pigment pastes, and matting agent concentrates. For use in clear coats, compatibility should be verified in advance.

Packing and Storage


KOBOND™ 9022 is supplied in 25Kg pail or 200Kg drum.


Store in tightly sealed containers in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from heat, strong acid/base, and oxidizing agents. Under such conditions, KOBOND™ 9022 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
