Phenyl Silicone Resin

SiSiB® SR4190 is a solventless, reactive, methoxy-functional phenyl silicone resin. It combines high active content with low viscosity and is designed to provide excellent thermal stability and weather resistance.


Its reactive methoxy functionality enables further hydrolysis and condensation, forming a highly crosslinked silicone network. SiSiB® SR4190 is particularly suitable for high-solids and low-VOC formulations.

Application


  • SiSiB® SR4190 is suitable for heat-resistant industrial coatings, electrical insulating coatings and heat-resistant compounds. Typical applications include coatings for industrial equipment, ovens, grills, tanks, pipelines and metallurgical equipment.


  • It can also be used as a reactive silicone component in compatible binder systems to improve heat resistance, weatherability and coating durability.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® SR4190 is available in 50KG drum.


  • Store SiSiB® SR4190 in the original unopened container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed after opening.


  • SiSiB® SR4190 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
