SiSiB® PC16219

SiSiB® PC16219 (INCI: Cyclopentasiloxane (and) PEG-10 Dimethicone Crosspolymer) is a PEG-modified silicone elastomer dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. It is a translucent to milky-white gel with excellent hydrophilicity and cold-process compatibility. The product can be dispersed in both oil and water phases, providing exceptional spreadability, powdery-smooth texture, and soft-focus effects.
