SiSiB® DF1085

SiSiB® DF1085 is a silicone emulsion defoamer for water-based industrial applications. It combines polysiloxanes, silicone resins, and hydrophobic silica to deliver fast foam knockdown and lasting suppression, ideal for metalworking fluids, industrial cleaners, and textile processing.

Application


SiSiB® DF1085 is recommended for:


  • Semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking fluids


  • Industrial cleaning formulations


  • Textile processing (including acrylic-based thickeners and auxiliaries)

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® DF1085 is supplied in 25Kg pail, 200Kg drum and 1000 Kg IBC container.


Stored in a dry and ventilated environment at 5-40°C, SiSiB® DF1085 has a shelf life of 9 months. May freeze below 0°C. If frozen, thaw and stir at 30-60 rpm until homogeneous. Performance remains unaffected.
