Silicone Defoamer

SiSiB® DF1012 is a general-purpose silicone defoamer based on polyether-modified polysiloxane.


It is designed to provide efficient foam control in a wide range of surfactant-containing aqueous systems. The product offers rapid foam knockdown, good dispersion in formulations, excellent dilution stability and reliable performance over a broad pH range.


SiSiB® DF1012 can be used in various cleaning and detergent formulations where foam control is required. Typical applications include household cleaning products, daily chemical washing systems and liquid laundry detergents.

Application


SiSiB® DF1012 can be used for foam control in a variety of aqueous systems, including:

  • Liquid laundry detergents

  • Household cleaning formulations

  • Daily chemical washing systems

  • Emulsion-based cleaning formulations

  • Other surfactant-containing industrial or household systems

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® DF1012 is supplied in 25Kg drums, 200Kg steel drums and 1000Kg IBC containers.


  • Stored in a dry and well-ventilated place, SiSiB® DF1012 has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. Protect against moisture and freezing during storage and transportation.
