SiSiB® SiM4115 is a slip masterbatch composed of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in a ternary polypropylene carrier. It is specifically designed for use in polypropylene film applications to significantly enhance slip performance, reduce surface friction, and prevent film blocking during processing.

SiSiB® SiM4115 is particularly recommended for use in cast polypropylene (CPP) films and biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films. It provides superior slip performance and can be directly added to the surface layer of the film. It is also suitable for use in release films and high-speed packaging films requiring excellent thermal slip performance.
SiSiB® SiM4115 is supplied in 25kg, craft paper bag and it can be customized according to the special needs.
In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SiM4115 has a shelf life of 12 months in a dry and cool place.
