SiSiB® PC9011 is a ready-to-use polyethyleneglycol-functional alkoxysilane and is soluble in water and most organic solvents.
SiSiB® PC9011 helps control rheological properties and reduce viscosity in highly filled polymer systems, particularly those containing aluminum hydroxide (ATH), magnesium hydroxide (MDH) and other inorganic fillers.
The product exhibits strong chemical polarity and can function as a hydrophilic compatibilizer, improving the compatibility between inorganic materials and organic polymer matrices. It also contributes to improved filler wetting, dispersion and processing performance.
In unsaturated polyester, SMC and other highly filled formulations, SiSiB® PC9011 can facilitate higher filler loadings while maintaining workable viscosities.
SiSiB® PC9011 may also be used as a wetting and lubricating component in glass fiber sizing formulations, as well as a surface modifier for inorganic and mineral substrates.

Mineral Filler Treatment: SiSiB® PC9011 is suitable for the treatment of aluminum hydroxide (ATH), magnesium hydroxide (MDH), calcium carbonate, talc, silica, titanium dioxide and other inorganic fillers. It improves filler wetting, dispersion and processability while helping reduce viscosity in highly filled polymer systems. SiSiB® PC9011 is particularly suitable for unsaturated polyester, SMC and other highly filled formulations.
Pigment and Inorganic Powder Modification: SiSiB® PC9011 is suitable for the treatment of inorganic pigments and functional mineral powders. It improves wetting and dispersion efficiency, reduces agglomeration and helps achieve higher pigment or filler loadings at a given viscosity.
Waterborne Coatings: SiSiB® PC9011 can be used in waterborne acrylic, polyurethane and industrial coating systems. Improved pigment dispersion and substrate wetting contribute to enhanced formulation stability and coating appearance.
Adhesives and Sealants: SiSiB® PC9011 can be incorporated into adhesive and sealant formulations to improve compatibility between inorganic fillers and polymer matrices and facilitate filler incorporation.
Glass Fiber Sizing: SiSiB® PC9011 can be used as a wetting agent, lubricant and dispersing component in glass fiber sizing formulations. It contributes to improved processing performance and sizing stability.
Surface Modification: SiSiB® PC9011 is suitable for modifying inorganic and mineral surfaces where improved wettability, hydrophilicity or slip properties are desired. It can be used to optimize surface characteristics without significantly affecting the bulk properties of the substrate.
SiSiB® PC9011 is supplied in 25Kg plastic drum, 200Kg steel drum.
Keep containers tightly closed and protect from moisture. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
Protect from frost and avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures below 0°C. The product may become solid at low temperatures but can be restored without deterioration after warming.
When stored in the original unopened container under recommended conditions, SiSiB® PC9011 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
