SiSiB® PC19381 (INCI: Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer) is a silicone elastomer blend consisting of a crosslinked dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone copolymer dispersed in low-viscosity dimethicone. It offers a unique combination of silky smoothness, excellent lubricity, high gloss, and a distinctive stringy texture.
