Silicone Additive for Thermoplastics

SiSiB® SiM4014 is a modified copolymerized polysiloxane silicone additive suitable for a variety of thermoplastic resins. It significantly improves hydrophobicity while enhancing lubricity and mold release performance during processing.


Featuring a unique molecular structure, SiSiB® SiM4014 offers excellent compatibility with base resins without blooming, and does not negatively affect the appearance or surface treatment performance of finished products.

Application


  • SiSiB® SiM4014 can be used in PE, PP, PVC, PET, PC, PC/ABS, and other thermoplastic systems to improve hydrophobicity, scratch resistance, lubrication, and mold release performance.


  • It is suitable for polyolefin and engineering plastics modification applications.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® SiM4014 is supplied in cartons with PE inner bags, with a net weight of 25 kg per carton.


  • In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SiM4014 has a shelf life of 12 months at dry condition, room temperature.
