Acrylate-Functional Silicone Leveling Agent

ADDSiL™ 6022 is an acrylate-functional polyether-modified polysiloxane designed primarily for UV-curable coating systems.


ADDSiL™ 6022 provides strong surface tension reduction, excellent substrate wetting, and very good leveling performance. The additive also increases surface slip and improves scratch resistance while maintaining good recoatability.


Due to its optimized compatibility, ADDSiL™ 6022 can be used in a wide range of UV-curable formulations, including clear and pigmented systems.

Application


ADDSiL™ 6022 is suitable for UV-curable coating and ink systems. It improves substrate wetting, leveling, and surface slip, and helps reduce surface defects such as cratering. Recommended for clear and pigmented UV formulations.
