KOBOND™ 3021

Dispersant

KOBOND™ 3021 is a polymeric wetting and dispersing additive containing pigment-affinity functional groups. It is designed for solvent-borne coating systems and provides efficient wetting and stabilization of inorganic pigments and fillers.


It reduces millbase viscosity, improves dispersion efficiency, and enhances the storage stability of color pastes by preventing flocculation and re-agglomeration.

Application


KOBOND™ 3021 is recommended for solvent-borne coating systems to disperse inorganic pigments, particularly titanium dioxide and mineral fillers. It is suitable for medium to high polarity resin systems such as polyester, epoxy, and related systems.

Packing and Storage


  • KOBOND™ 3021 is supplied in 25Kg pail or 200Kg drum.


  • When stored in the original unopened containers, KOBOND™ 3021 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
