Polymeric Non-Ionic Dispersants

KOBOND™ 3059 is a polymeric non-ionic dispersing additive containing multiple pigment-affinity groups. It is designed for the dispersion of organic and inorganic pigments in waterborne systems and provides excellent wetting and dispersion performance.


It effectively stabilizes pigment dispersions, reduces grinding viscosity, and helps prevent flocculation, flooding, and re-agglomeration. It is particularly suitable for the production of binder-free aqueous pigment concentrates.

Application


KOBOND™ 3059 is recommended for waterborne coating and pigment concentrate systems. It is suitable for the dispersion of inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon black in a wide range of waterborne formulations.

Packing and Storage


  • KOBOND™ 3059 is supplied in 25Kg pail or 200Kg drum.


  • When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, KOBOND™ 3059 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
