Substrate Wetting Agent

KOBOND™ 3500 is a 100% active modified polyether-based substrate wetting additive designed for waterborne coating and ink systems. It provides excellent reduction of dynamic surface tension with low foam generation, enabling rapid substrate wetting and improved coating uniformity. KOBOND™ 3500 is particularly suitable for applications where fast wetting and low foaming are required.

Application


KOBOND™ 3500 is recommended for waterborne industrial coatings, wood coatings, printing inks, and other waterborne formulations where rapid substrate wetting and low foam generation are required. It effectively improves wetting on a wide variety of substrates.

Packing and Storage


  • KOBOND™ 3500 is supplied in 25Kg pail.


  • Store KOBOND™ 3500 in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Keep the container tightly closed and protect it from direct sunlight.


  • When stored in the original unopened container, KOBOND™ 3500 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
